The 5 main ARK funds are only lightly sprinkled with companies that only trade abroad (not ADRs or native listings). But there are plenty of non-US companies represented that trade shares on either Nasdaq or NYSE.

ARK's PRNT ETF, on the other hand, is almost 20% European listings that can't be bought in a liquid market from within the US.
